By providing loan guarantees so nonprofit housing developers can access construction financing, and by making use of the sustainable building expertise of Windmill Developments, Nesting Ground Affordable Housing Guarantee Pool is unlocking and accelerating the delivery of affordable, sustainable and community-serving rental housing projects.
