Board and Staff

The Board of Directors is our decision-making body, made up of representatives from our two joint venture partners and appointed independent directors. The board is supported by a board committee (the Investment Committee) and three advisory bodies.

Le Conseil d’administration est notre organe décisionnel, composé de représentants des deux partenaires de la coentreprise et d’administrateurs indépendants nommés. Le Conseil d’administration est soutenu par un comité du Conseil d’administration (le Comité d’investissement) et trois organes consultatifs.

Investment Committee

As a committee of the Board, the Investment Committee:

• Reviews and updates the investment policy statement of Realize Fund I
• Reviews investment recommendations made by Realize staff to determine if they are suitable for recommendation to the Board of Directors

4-7 members – two representing Rally Assets, two representing Relay Ventures and up to three independent directors to be added over time

Staff

At the moment, Realize Capital Partners does not have its own staff team. Staff at Rally Assets and Relay Ventures undertake the investment research, portfolio management, fundraising and other tasks required to successfully deliver our mandate, alongside specialist external suppliers of legal, compliance and fund operations tasks.

Comité d’investissement

En tant que comité du Conseil d’administration, le Comité d’investissement :

• Examine et met à jour l’Énoncé de politique de placement du Realize Fund I
• Examine les recommandations d’investissement faites par le personnel du fonds Realize afin de déterminer si elles peuvent être transmises au Conseil d’administration.

Personnel

Pour l’instant, Realize Capital Partners n’a pas d’équipe propre. Le personnel de Rally Assets et de Relay Ventures se charge de la recherche en matière d’investissement, de la gestion de portefeuille, de la collecte de fonds et d’autres tâches nécessaires pour mener à bien notre mandat, aux côtés de fournisseurs externes spécialisés dans les questions juridiques, de conformité et d’opérations de fonds.
