Board and Staff

The Board of Directors is our decision-making body. The board is supported by a board committee (the Investment Committee) and three advisory bodies.

Investment Committee

As a committee of the Board, the Investment Committee:

• Reviews and updates the investment policy statement of Realize Fund I
• Reviews investment recommendations made by Realize staff to determine if they are suitable for recommendation to the Board of Directors

Staff

At the moment, Realize Capital Partners does not have its own staff team. Staff at Rally Assets undertake the investment research, portfolio management, fundraising and other tasks required to successfully deliver our mandate, alongside specialist external suppliers of legal, compliance and fund operations tasks.
